When you create an avatar for a personalized book, we do not save the original photo you upload. We save the illustrated avatar created from it so you can personalize your stories. Every book is printed to order. In the US, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from your order with standard shipping, or 5 to 8 with expedited shipping, including 3 to 5 business days of printing. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged, has a printing error or isn’t the book you ordered. Send your order number and clear photos, and we’ll review it with you and confirm whether a replacement or another fix is right. Yes. There is no long-term contract. To avoid the next charge, cancel from Account > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before your renewal date. A book already in production still arrives.
