Where do I enter a promo code?

Enter your promo code at checkout, after continuing from the cart. The cart itself does not have a promo-code field. Apply the code and check that the discount appears before you pay.

How do I apply it?

1. Add the books you want

   Finish personalization and review the items in your cart. Check that you have selected the purchase type covered by the offer.

2. Continue to checkout

   Find the discount-code field in the checkout order summary. On a phone, you may need to expand the summary to see it.

3. Apply and check the total

   Enter the code as provided and apply it. Confirm the discount is listed and review the final total, including shipping and tax, before completing payment.

Why is my code not accepted?

Read the message beside the code and compare your order with the offer's terms. Check for a typing mistake, an expiry date, a minimum purchase requirement, or limits on eligible books and subscriptions. Some offers may be restricted to new customers or may not combine with another discount.

The checkout result determines whether the code applies to your order. Do not complete payment expecting an unlisted discount to appear afterward.

What if I think it should work?

Contact us (opens in a new tab) with the code, where you received it, the items in your cart, and the message shown at checkout. A screenshot can help. If you have already paid, include your order number so support can review what happened; a later discount adjustment is not automatic.
